The Problem

After years of serving as a Chief Stewardess and elite crew members on some of the world’s most prestigious super yachts, we noticed a recurring "friction point" in the guest experience.

The "No Shoes" policy is the golden rule of yachting—essential for protecting teak and silk carpets—but it left guests in a dilemma: navigate high-gloss marble staircases and wet swim platforms in bare feet, or wear uninspiring, bulky "hospital-style" grip socks that ruined their aesthetic.

The Lightbulb Moment

We felt awful seeing guests, and crew, slip on board going up and down the stairs. We realized that while every other amenity on a yacht was 7-star, the "guest sock" was an afterthought.

YachtSocksOnly was born in the interior. We decided to create a luxury and sustainable grip sock that matched the caliber of our guests.
